Since September 1, 1999, when famed French actress Catherine Deneuve activated the switch that brought the half-scale replica of the Eiffel Tower to life, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant has figuratively and quite literally towered over the restaurant scene in Las Vegas.

Acclaimed Chef Jean Joho, famous for his time at Chicago’s Everest and Studio Paris restaurants as well as his numerous awards, continues to reign with an updated French Classic cuisine that still delights guests from around the world that visit Sin City.

Dining guests have a few options when considering Eiffel Tower Restaurant, including a popular weekend brunch option and a delightful Caviar Bar which carries selections such as Siberian Osetra Caviar, Imperial Golden Osetra Caviar, and Alaskan Salmon.

They also feature caviar-inspired dishes such as Classic Deviled Eggs with Dijonnaise and Steak Tartare with Truffle Aioli, Shaved Parmesan, and a Baguette Grille.

If caviar isn’t to your taste, the Casco Bay Sea Scallops with Braised Fennel and Tomato Gastrique will keep the table happy while picking out a wine for the evening.

The highlight though remains the dinner service where hungry guests can dine on Chef Joho’s signature dishes such as Beef Wellington, a Roasted Rack Of Lamb, or Whole Dover Sole.

The Beef Wellington is an expertly prepared individual portion of beef tenderloin, Wellington style (wrapped in mushroom duxelles and a buttery puff pastry), with sautéed sugar snap peas. It’s baked to perfection with a rare lean on the inside and golden on the outside.

The Roasted Colorado Rack Of Lamb is paired with a Garlic Purée and Fava Bean Croquettes while the Whole Boneless Dover Sole with Petite Grenobloise.

Finish off the meal with the famed Eiffel Tower Soufflés, and that’s a fine evening.

Ambiance

The popular French restaurant is a favorite among celebrities and local dignitaries and, even after nearly 30 years of operation, it remains one of the best fine dining establishments in Las Vegas.

The service is impeccable and the views of the Strip, especially at night, are unbelievable. Reservations that will guarantee you a window view cost a few dollars upfront (this is Vegas after all!) but it’s worth it when you get the Bellagio Fountains or the glitz and glamour of the Strip with your meal.

If romance brings you to Eiffel Tower Restaurant, do your best to reserve Table 56… the most romantic table in the city.
